Renaissance Corporation

The Renaissance Corporation is a student-run maintenance operation at St. Benedict’s Prep. The goal of the corporation is to cost-effectively support the maintenance needs of the school while enhancing the environment, and providing students with the opportunity to develop skills and earn a competitive income. The corporation was established in 1998.

An incentive program is offered to employees who maintain good attendance and work efficiently. There is also an “employee of the month” award presented to the employee who takes initiative and goes that extra step in his job. Renaissance also offers employment opportunities to students during the summer, when the company performs large projects to improve the condition of the school facilities.
