THE CITY OF NEWARK AND ST. BENEDICT’S PREP PRESENT
Fall Wrestling Saturdays

Every Saturday from 9:00 am-Noon,the City of Newark and St.Benedict’s Prep will host nationally recognized wrestlers and coaches to introduce the sport of wrestling to young people.There will be instruction in technique and strategy as well as an emphasis on the mental aspects of the sport. Come discover a great way to sharpen both mind and body.

LOCATION: St.Benedict’s Prep HAB Gymnasium, 520 Dr.Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102

Registration runs from 8:00 am-8:45 am. Registration fee is $5.00 (cash only). Participants need to bring a water bottle, soft-soled sneakers (preferably wrestling shoes), shorts and a t-shirt. No jewelry, cell phones, IPods or other electronic devices permitted. Sponsored in Partnership with The Newark Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs and St.Benedict’s Preparatory School.
