The list of clinicians for the 2010 Garden State Coaches Clinic has been announced. Hall of Famer Hubie Brown, a staple of the clinic since its inception 6 years ago, will be joined in St. Benedict's Dalton Gymnasium by the likes of Boston Celtics assistant coach Kevin Eastman, ESPN analyst Fran Fraschilla and former NBA Coach of the Year Mike Fratello. • Former Nike Basketball National Director of Player Development for the nation's elite College and High School Players

• Served as head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies (2004-2006), Cleveland Cavaliers (1993-1999) and Atlanta Hawks (1983-1990)
• Career coaching record of 666-542, ranks #17 on the NBA all-time wins list; teams have qualified for the playoffs in 11 of 16 seasons

• 23 year men's NCAA College Basketball coaching career
• Guided both Manhattan (1993, 1995) and St. John's (1998) to the NCAA Tournament in his nine seasons as a Division I head coach, leaving New Mexico following the end of the 2001-02 season

• Longtime NBA Coach of the Knicks, Hawks and Grizzlies and led the Kentucky Colonels to an ABA title in 1975
• Since 1982, Brown has served as a sports analyst for both college and pro basketball broadcasts

• Selected as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2002 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls
• Named the ACC Rookie of the Year at Duke in 2000, a year before helping the Blue Devils win the NCAA Championship
• Named in 2002 as the NCAA's National Collegiate Player of the Year. His #22 was retired by Duke
• Known as Jason Williams in high school and college, the native of New Jersey played high school ball at St. Joseph's in Metuchen where, as a senior in 1999, he was named the McDonald's National Player of the Year.

The reception will be held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Moore residence, 6 Potomac Ct., Alexandria, Va. 22314. The soccer team will be playing later that day in the Labor Day Tournament at Northeast High School in Pasadena, Md. (time and opponent to be determined). Wandling's club opens the tournament against the host school a day earlier at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 3.

The Class of '65 is holding its 45th Reunion on Saturday, Sept. 18. The celebration will take place from 1-4 p.m. on the veranda off St. Benedict's Dining Hall. Aside from some excellent food and drink, Fr. Edwin, O.S.B. '63, along with a few of the current students, will be on hand to show the school to those of us who haven't seen the campus in awhile and to share the accomplishments of the young men who are currently at "The Hive."
