Chris Firriolo, Sr. has served as the Head Coach for the girls varsity flag football team since its infancy. 

During a 20-year career in professional sports as a head coach, general manager and team president, Chris led two organizations to championships, received numerous Coach of the Year and Executive of the Year awards and is credited with building and guiding several successful professional expansion teams and organizations through complex expansion, growth and change.

Chris is also Founder and President of Victory Road Leadership Development Group and has spearheaded the group's continued growth, bringing Victory Road to the forefront of the global leadership development world.
