Hailing from Newark, NJ, Lucia Gallo enters her second year as Head Coach of the girls' volleyball program after graduating from St. Benedict's Prep in 2024, where she played on the team all four years and served as captain her final two. She is passionate about developing young athletes and building a competitive and disciplined team culture. Her goal is to grow the program and make a lasting impact both on and off the court.

Lucia is currently studying business at NJIT where she works with the Highlanders' marketing department.
