Alumni Association Communion Breakfast

A distinguished group of outstanding individuals were honored for their achievements at the Alumni Association’s Annual Mass and Communion Breakfast on March 15.

2026 Honorees  Dr. Jeremy Fletcher H’26, Andrew D’Arcy ’89 and Mildred Campos H’26.

Basketball Homecoming 

Alumni and teammates filled the HAB on February 3 to watch the Gray Bees take on Seton Hall Prep and welcomed back Chris Simpson ’10 in his first season as the Gray Bees Head Coach.

 

Naples, Fla.  More than 20 alumni came together for a cocktail gathering on March 5 at Club Pelican Bay in Naples, Fla. The evening was hosted by Ellen and Jim O’Brien ’60, and Fr. Edwin D. Leahy, O.S.B. ’63, provided guests with an update on recent happenings at The Hive.

 

Miramar, Fla.  Alumni gathered for an intimate evening at the home of Dave Ricketts ’86 in Miramar, Fla., on March 4. Fr. Edwin D. Leahy, O.S.B. ’63, was on hand to brief everyone on news from 520.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Newark Public Library 

Friends and teammates gathered at the main branch of the Newark Public Library on February 26 for a panel discussion about On This Ground: Hardship and Hope at the Toughest Prep School in America. The book’s author, Anthony DePalma, was joined by Fr. Edwin Leahy, O.S.B. ’63 and Mark Comesañas ’98 to reflect on the students who thrive at the School and a community that stood firm against a growing racial divide to protect educational opportunity.
