The College and Career Team

Behind the excellent college and career outcomes each year is a team of six dedicated adults who help Gray Bees determine the best-fit college and career plan. Susanne Mueller has served as Dean of College Placement and Career Development since 2022. Two full-time college placement counselors support Gray Bees in all aspects of the college application journey: Marcus Morales and Matthew Salazar. Mr. Salazar interned at St. Benedict’s last fall and became a full-time counselor in April. Dean of Administration Michael Scanlan H’97 coordinates college visits and Managing Editor of Advancement Publications Noreen Connolly H’11 works with students on essay writing. 

St. Benedict’s benefactor Anita Brady is volunteering in College Placement and Career Development for the third consecutive year. “Anita has been a great help to us,” said Ms. Mueller. The president of the strategic business consultancy, the Anita Brady Group, LLC, Ms. Brady counsels students on resume writing and professional presentation skills.
