Young Alums Return to The Hive

Nineteen alumni and alumnae from graduating classes from 2020 through 2024 returned to The Hive, Friday January 10 to socialize and report to the current senior class on life after Benedict’s.

After a lunch in the Board Room, the group joined the Class of 2025 from both Prep Divisions for a panel discussion moderated by Kaleb Hassell ’25. They shared their experiences on the transition to college life, academic work loads, time management, campus culture and Greek life.

“We got a lot of information to help us understand what we were getting into in this next season of our lives in college,” said Kaleb. He added that, “their advice to stay involved like we were in Benedict's was really helpful.”

Alumni Engagement Officer Giovanni Bonilla’08 planned the event, which had not been held in a few years. He was delighted with the turnout and expects more attendees in future. 

“We will be doing this every year now,” he said.
